Esterhazy Primary Health Care alongside the Saskatchewan Health Authority is a team of professionals offering health care services within the community.

Home Care offers in home nursing and continuing care support to help our clients manage their health and live safely in their homes. Medical Social Work is also available for clients to navigate social concerns alongside their medical conditions.

Esterhazy Therapies offer outpatient and inpatient therapy services with the support from Cornerstone Therapies in Yorkton, Sask.

Public Health offers pre and post-natal care, child health clinics, child and adult vaccination and works closely with harm reduction and communicable disease to ensure public health safety.

The Esterhazy Primary Health Care Clinic has 5 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, 1 primary health care nurse, 1 primary health care counsellor, visiting professionals such as a primary health care dietician and mental health and addiction workers complemented by our professional administrative assistants. This team of professionals work collaboratively to ensure patients health needs are met and continuity of care is achieved.
